ABOUT PECK-J GENEALOGY RESEARCH

John Peck is the sole owner of JPeck Enterprises Genealogy Research. It's mission is to provide assistance to help people in finding their ancestors. It is located about 35 miles from the LDS Family History Library in Salt Lake City.

John Peck, Owner

John was born and raised in N.H. He has been doing genealogy for over twenty (20) years in New England (Conn., Maine, Mass., N.H., R.I., Vermont), Eastern States (Delaware, N.Y., N.J., Penna.), British Isles, Poland, Scandinavian countries, Native Americans, Utah and other states such as Ohio, Michigan, etc.

Co-founder and president of the Tooele Chapter of Utah Genealogical Association. President of Tooele Chapter of UGA for two years, from 1996 to 1997. He is also a member of the Association of Professional Genealogists (APG). He was president of Salt Lake Chapter of APG in 1998.

John is Family History Consultant for his church and has served for many years. He served for a year in the Automated Resource Center (ARC) of the LDS Family History Library in Salt Lake City, Utah. He is extremely knowledgeable of the LDS Church's FamilySearch Program, the Personal Ancestral File (PAF) program. He has own personal collection of CDs dealing with genealogy. He has been a volunteer at the Tooele Family History Center of the LDS Church.

He was host of Tooele County of Utah on USGENWEB.
